History This aircraft is one of a batch of aircraft built for the Russian Air Force in 1978. The aircraft was operated in Russia before being assigned to the East German aerobatic team in the early 1980’s. The aircraft was them imported to the U.K. by Richard Goode and became part of the TWR air show pair displaying at shows up and down the country. |

It was then purchased by the Old Flying Machine Company at Duxford and used for pilot currency and as a company hack. Its present owners purchased the aircraft some six years ago and continue to operate the aircraft on the air show circuit. |
